Warranty Policy

Eligible completed repairs performed by Roxly Appliance & HVAC Repair include a 30-day labor warranty and a 90-day warranty on qualifying replacement parts supplied and installed by Roxly. Coverage applies to the specific repair and components listed on the paid invoice.

This warranty does not cover unrelated pre-existing conditions, damage from misuse, or issues arising from parts or work not performed by Roxly. If the same issue covered under warranty recurs within the warranty period, contact us at (980) 404-2911 to schedule a follow-up visit.
